Kay Joan Graff, M.S., ELD(ABB), is a seasonedprofessional with an extensive background in embryology and laboratorymanagement in reproductive medicine. With a Master of Science degree fromLouisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&MUniversity, Kay’s career spans over three decades of dedicated service andexpertise.
Her journey in reproductive medicine began atthe Medical College of Virginia, where she honed her skills in IVF laboratoryprocedures, including oocyte retrieval, sperm preparation, fertilizationchecks, and embryo cryopreservation. Since then, Kay has held pivotal rolesacross various renowned fertility centers and laboratories.
As a certified Embryology Laboratory Director(ELD) by the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB), Kay brings a wealth ofknowledge and leadership to her current role as Senior Embryologist/Lab Managerat Pinnacle Fertility in Atlanta, Georgia. Here, she oversees all embryologyand andrology procedures, manages laboratory staff, and plays a crucial role inthe success of the IVF laboratory.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kayis dedicated to continuous learning and development, having undergonespecialized training in micromanipulation techniques and blastocyst culture.Her commitment to excellence and innovation in reproductive medicine is evidentin her extensive experience with innovative procedures such as AssistedHatching, ICSI, and embryo biopsy for preimplantation genetic testing. Kay’s researchprojects and advancements in assisted reproductive technologies, making her arespected figure in the field.
Senior Embryologist and Lab Manager
Dr. Dudley became a Partner Physician at SRM in 2010 and advanced to become its Co-Managing Partner from 2019 to 2023.
A thought leader recognized by his peers, Dr. Dudley served on the Pinnacle Fertility Board of Directors, the Fertility Pharmacy of America Advisory Board, and was elected to the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society Board of Directors, where he served in varying capacities from 2015 onward, including Society President. Dr. Dudley has been named a ‘Top Doctor’ in Seattle many years running, thrives on complex cases, and is dedicated to his patients.
